Tim travels to work with you and your horses throughout the Calgary or
Red Deer area. He believes that all breeds should be started in the same patient, consistent manner to reinforce calmness,
respect and willingness.
Tim’s work does not end with preparation of the horses. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge with the horse’s
owner so that equine experience is pleasant for both horse and rider. Tim believes in establishing clear communication so
that the horse respects and trusts his rider, thereby increasing safety for both.

- Handlers are trained in Tim's methods so that the problems do not recur
when the owner takes over.
- Tim encourages the owner to attend and participate in the training sessions when possible to ensure that his methods can
be taught and continued when the handler and horse are on their own.
- Tim works with the owner on issues such as safe trailer loading, clipping, standing for the farrier.
- Emphasis on groundwork as the foundation for safe, calm, happy horses and
handlers.
- Frequent clinics will allow reinforcement of Tim's methods for both the
horses and handlers.
- Demonstration horses will be those trained by or in training with Tim.
